To Use F323 as WiFi Repeater, please connect it with RJ45 Ethernet cable (not connect it with Wireless).
Step 1: Enter 192.168.0.1 in your internet browser
Step 2: Enter your password( The default password is: admin)
Step 3: You can login router now

When you need to RE-Set the wireless Repeater, you need to RESET the router to factory default.
How to reset the router:
When you press this button to turn on the power for about 7-15 seconds, Release the button (When WLAN, LAN 1,2,3,4 lights flash together) will be deleted and restored to default factory.
